About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Account Relationship Manager with 1–3 years of experience handling client relationships and operations. If you've worked in recruitment or HRTech before—or want to build a solid career in it—this role offers a front-row seat to the real action.

You'll work across companies, agencies, and interns to ensure hiring workflows stay smooth, fast, and on point.


Job Responsibilities:
  1. Manage Client Relationships: Be the go-to person for our clients—startups, companies, and recruitment agencies
  2. Coordinate Job Fulfillment: Ensure CV pipelines are built and delivered within timelines
  3. Engage Agencies: Coordinate with agency partners to push active mandates
  4. Supervise Interns: Guide interns working on sourcing, follow-ups, and onboarding
  5. Platform Enablement: Help clients and agencies get the most out of our platform by ensuring proper usage and support
  6. Feedback Loop: Collect insights from users and share with internal teams to improve workflows and platform UX
