Required Skills and Qualifications:

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Account Relationship Manager with 1–3 years of experience handling client relationships and operations. If you've worked in recruitment or HRTech before—or want to build a solid career in it—this role offers a front-row seat to the real action.
You'll work across companies, agencies, and interns to ensure hiring workflows stay smooth, fast, and on point.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Client Relationships: Be the go-to person for our clients—startups, companies, and recruitment agencies
- Coordinate Job Fulfillment: Ensure CV pipelines are built and delivered within timelines
- Engage Agencies: Coordinate with agency partners to push active mandates
- Supervise Interns: Guide interns working on sourcing, follow-ups, and onboarding
- Platform Enablement: Help clients and agencies get the most out of our platform by ensuring proper usage and support
- Feedback Loop: Collect insights from users and share with internal teams to improve workflows and platform UX
