Job Description:
As a seasoned Amazon ecommerce professional, you will oversee the entire spectrum of Amazon Seller Central operations. You are responsible for ensuring optimal account health, resolving policy issues and maintaining compliance. Develop and maintain strong relationships with Amazon category managers.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end management of Amazon Seller Central operations.
- Monitor account health, resolve policy issues, and ensure 100% compliance.
- Maintain strong relationships with Amazon category managers.
- Plan FBA replenishments to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid storage penalties.
- Strategically distribute inventory across FCs for faster delivery & higher Buy Box share.
- Implement demand forecasting for seasonal & event-driven sales.
- Plan, run, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display & Sponsored Video campaigns.
- Build high-ROI ad funnels and explore Amazon DSP campaigns.
- Plan deals, coupons, and promotional events with clear ROI targets.
- Continuous keyword research for SEO-driven titles, bullets & backend keywords.
- Upgrade A+ content & Brand Store to showcase premium quality & differentiation.
- Implement variant strategies to maximize conversions.
- Ensure seasonal image & infographic updates in line with brand tone.
- Monitor category trends & competitor activity.
- Adjust pricing to stay competitive without eroding profitability.
- Track and analyze reviews daily to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with product & QC teams to address root causes of returns.
- Optimize size charts, descriptions & imagery for accuracy.
- Research trends & market gaps in women's fashion/maternity wear.
- Execute structured launch plans with PPC boosts & marketplace-friendly promotions.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Analyze campaign data, inventory health & sales trends to guide strategy.
Requirements:
- Proven success in women's fashion category on Amazon.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing & scaling Amazon India accounts (global experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, FBA logistics & Amazon Ads.
- Proven track record of revenue growth & ROI improvement.
- Analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets & tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataHawk.
- Strong copywriting and creative briefing ability.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills with design, content, and operations teams.
