Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and analyze structural components for industrial civil foundations and steel structures.
  • Prepare structural drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other engineering disciplines.
  • Review and approve design calculations, models, and construction documents.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and project teams.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, codes, and client requirements.
  • Perform feasibility studies and cost estimations for structural projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • 5–10 years of experience in industrial civil foundation and steel structure design.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (STAAD Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD, Tekla, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of IS codes, AISC, Eurocodes, or other international standards.
  • Hands-on experience in preparing detailed engineering drawings and models.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
