Job Role:

A Senior Risk Management Executive is required to develop and execute a robust risk management framework, ensuring the organization's operational, financial, and strategic risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Risk Assessment: Develop risk assessment methodologies and frameworks to identify, prioritize, and mitigate risks across various business areas.
  • Audit Planning and Reporting: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement annual audit plans based on risk assessments and regulatory requirements.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with 8+ years of experience in risk management and auditing.
  • Professional certification or post-graduation in a relevant field, such as MBA or CFA.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders, present risk findings, and collaborate on risk mitigation strategies.
  • Understanding of risk assessment techniques, audit principles, and regulatory requirements applicable to the industry.
