Job Title: Senior Executive
We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving organizational change and people initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the senior leadership in driving organizational change and people initiatives.
- Take ownership of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance (PF, ESI, labour laws) and employee relations.
- Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies, SOPs and appraisal systems aligned with business needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely HR documentation, databases and MIS reports.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, ensuring clarity, transparency and responsiveness.
- Coordinate with external consultants, auditors and statutory bodies as required.
- Provide analytical insights on workforce data to support decision-making.
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of HR experience (manufacturing/engineering/industrial background preferred).
- Completed schooling in an English-medium environment with strong written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Bengali/Hindi will be considered an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance and payroll.
- Ability to work in a lean team environment with high accountability.
- Hands-on attitude with strong Excel and documentation skills.
- Comfortable navigating change and helping establish new HR systems & processes.
- Resilient, trustworthy and aligned with values of integrity, discipline and responsibility.
