Job Opportunity: Strategy & Transformation Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support business management activities and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, experience with reporting tools, and the ability to work across cross-functional teams to deliver insights and operational improvements for leadership stakeholders.

The selected individual will be responsible for creating reports and presentations to track progress against strategic objectives for senior management and visiting executives. Additionally, they will develop business cases for transition and transformation opportunities, prepare content and inputs for key governance meetings, and support preparation of CEO townhall content and other strategic communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI; identify and implement opportunities for automation to streamline existing reporting processes.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support strategic planning and drive data-backed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related discipline.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, project management, or business management.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
