Software Quality Assurance Engineer Opportunity


Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Software QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and efficiency of our software products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing automated and manual test cases to guarantee software quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain automated and manual test cases for software quality assurance.
  2. Utilize Selenium and other automation tools to create robust test frameworks.
  3. Collaborate with the development team to identify, track, and resolve software defects.
  4. Conduct functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
  5. Design and implement testing strategies based on software requirements.
  6. Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and release cycles.
  7. Document test results, defects, and improvements using bug tracking tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver for automated testing.
  • Experience with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for automation scripting.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git.
  • API testing experience is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
