IVR Quality Assurance Specialist

Our company is seeking a skilled IVR Tester with extensive experience in writing and executing IVR test cases within the Healthcare industry.
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can create, execute, and automate complex functional and regression test scenarios to ensure high-quality solutions.
- Create comprehensive test plans, test data requirements, test scenarios, test cases, test results, test strategy, and test summary reports.
- Develop and maintain automated test tools using Selenium WebDriver and/or Playwright.
- Review and provide feedback on technical design specifications through User Story / Backlog Refinement sessions.
- Conduct manual and automated testing to identify and document all defects and customer experience concerns.
- Manage test artifacts and approval processes efficiently.
Required Skills:
- At least 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, including creating test plans, tracking defects, and reporting status to various levels in the organization.
- Experience testing Omni Channel (Voice and Chat) Natural Language Processing (NLP), Conversational AI, and Cognitive Solutions.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript for test automation.
- Knowledge and experience testing software applications within the Healthcare industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Text-to-Speech and Speech-to-Text technologies.
- Experience working with SAFe / Agile methodologies and Rally project management tool.
- Strong understanding of Defect Workflow and Agile principles.
