Job Summary:

Farm extension services play a vital role in promoting sustainable agriculture practices.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Field Crop Production to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for providing advisory services to farmers and engaging them in organic agriculture practices.

Your primary focus areas will include:

  • Delivering high-quality farmer advisory services through efficient contract farming and engagement programs
  • Sourcing agricultural commodities as per plan and parameters (quality and pricing)
  • Expanding the area under organic cultivation as per targets and increasing farmer membership
  • Collaborating with the team to develop and execute state-wise business plans to meet key performance indicators (KRAs) such as targeted area, volume, buying efficiency, and documentation compliance
  • Reviewing team performance on key indicators and taking steps to meet organizational goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Agriculture degree
  • Minimum 1-5 years of experience in farm extension services or related fields
