Job Title: Assistant Manager Plantation

This role involves overseeing end-to-end management of farm operations, ensuring effective land preparation, procurement of agricultural inputs, seed purchase planning, and daily monitoring of crop health.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our plantation team in achieving targeted yield and quality outcomes. As Assistant Manager Plantation, you will play a critical role in maintaining visibility on production plans, addressing challenges proactively, and aligning farm activities with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in agriculture or a related field, with a strong understanding of sustainable practices, environmental stewardship, and social responsibility.

Skillset Required:

  • Operations Management: Preparing Land specific Package of Practices for Energy Crop Farming, Planning and Organizing, Resource Management, Quality Control, Yield Optimization, Labor Management
  • Sustainability and Compliance: Sustainable Practices, Compliance with regulations and industry standards
  • Communication and Leadership: Team Leadership, Stakeholder Communication, Digital integration, Record Keeping
