About this Role:

This role involves providing internal support and guidance to account executives, focusing on deal structure questions, quote support, contract support, ACV calculations, and ensuring quotes comply with revenue policy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior internal support and guidance for account executives
  • Work with sales, recognition, and legal on contract issues and provide suggestions for contract negotiation
  • Create and modify quotes as required
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and SOX compliance
  • Train sales teams and facilitate cross-training among the team
  • Contribute ideas and innovations to improve existing systems, processes, and procedures
  • Create and update internal departmental policies
  • Participate in projects involving technical and financial concepts, providing recommendations
  • Review submitted contracts and order forms for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to Salesforce Sales Order Acceptance policy
  • Work with sales and collections to assist resolution to customer billing investigations and disputes
  • Share best practices with team members to enhance quality and efficiency of support and contribute to the knowledge base
  • Establish strong relationships with sales, renewals, customer support managers, collections, adjustments, compensation, recognition, legal, and other resources

About You:

  • You should have 2+ years of experience in sales operations or order management
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills are essential
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to articulate verbally and written, willingness to debate difficult issues, and ability to think quickly
  • Ability to excel in a fast-growing environment, delivering accuracy while managing deadlines, where adaptability is imperative
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to clearly articulate case resolutions and actions required by account executives
  • Thrives in a team environment
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently
