We are a dynamic financial services organization focused on delivering bespoke investment solutions to high net worth individuals.
The Senior Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle, encompassing recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of HR processes, people management, and compliance. They should be proactive, experienced, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the entire recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding).
- Employee Engagement & Relations: Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives. Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling.
- Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems. Track key performance indicators and assist managers in goal setting and reviews.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain employee records in HRMS. Coordinate attendance, leave, and payroll activities. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Learning & Development: Identify training needs in consultation with managers. Coordinate and track employee learning initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HRMS systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
