Overview:
The Sr.Manager HR & Admin will oversee and manage the HR department, develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives, manage recruitment processes, administer employee benefits, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the HR department
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to improve employee engagement and productivity
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
- Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time-off policies
- Evaluate and recommend changes to HR policies and procedures
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods industry
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build relationships with employees, management, and external partners
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Bonus Points:
- Experience with employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Familiarity with HR software and systems, including payroll, benefits administration, and performance tracking
