We are looking for an experienced Technology Director who can lead our team of engineers. The ideal candidate should have:

  • Strong technical skills, including system design, architecture, and clean coding practices
  • Experience with backend technologies such as Elixir, Java, Python, Golang, Node.js, Ruby, and RDBMS
  • Cloud, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and product development methodologies such as Agile
  • Strong design skills in defining API data contracts, microservices, data models, and concurrency concepts
  • User interface development using modern web frameworks such as React

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team, conducting technical reviews, creating design artifacts, building cloud-native applications, developing 'zero-defect software', and interacting with customers to understand their challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers with a hands-on approach
  • Conduct technical reviews
  • Create design artifacts for implementation
  • Build cloud-native applications that run on GCP/AWS
  • Develop 'zero-defect software' and test cases alongside implementation
  • Develop UI components, APIs, business components, microservices, etc. to simplify the user journey
  • Conduct root cause analysis of support tickets raised by clients and propose solutions to fix them
  • Interact frequently with customers to understand their challenges and bring in customer insights to the team

Requirements:

  • 12-16 years of experience in relevant fields
  • Strong leadership skills and client interaction experience
  • Excellent communication skills, opinions, and confidence to express yourself
