About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Verification Engineer to join our team as a Lead Verification Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and leading the verification strategy for our cutting-edge SoC designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement verification methodologies, environments, and test plans to ensure high-quality design delivery.
  • Project management, including building schedules, optimizing critical paths, and managing resource allocation to achieve project goals.
  • Contribute to IP and SoC verification efforts, working closely with design teams to drive continuous improvement of design quality through verification.
  • Mentor team members to promote technical growth in verification.
  • Evaluate and improve process efficiency and verification quality.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years of practical experience in digital ASIC design and verification.
  • Strong fundamentals in Verilog, SystemVerilog, UVM, and/or other verification languages.
  • Familiarity with ARM cores, AMBA bus protocols, system memory hierarchy, system debug infrastructure, and multi-core SOC.
  • Understanding of major SOC interfaces like PCIe, DRAM, Flash, I2C, SSP, UART.
  • Experience with test creation, debug capability, and functional coverage understanding.
Desirable Skills:

The following skills are highly desirable:

  • Knowledge of gate-level simulations (GLS) with timing and related debug capability.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to mentor and lead a team of verification engineers.
