Electrolyzer Systems Reliability Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Electrolyzer Systems Reliability Specialist to spearhead our end-to-end product reliability strategy. This individual will craft and execute a comprehensive reliability roadmap, ensuring seamless integration across design, testing, manufacturing, and field performance.

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a reliability strategy that aligns with business objectives, driving innovation and risk reduction.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including design engineering, R&D, operations, and quality to ensure effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Reliability Testing and Analysis: Design and execute accelerated life testing, environmental testing, stress testing, and statistical reliability validation programs to identify and mitigate potential failures.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Lead root cause analysis on field and test failures, applying closed-loop learning to inform future designs and improve overall product reliability.
  • Team Development: Build and scale a high-performing reliability engineering team with expertise in analytical and experimental capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 15+ years of experience in product reliability, systems engineering, or product development, preferably with automotive industry exposure.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional reliability programs for complex, electro-mechanical products.
  • Deep knowledge of reliability engineering tools and methodologies (FMEA, Weibull analysis, HALT/HASS, DFMEA, etc.).
  • Proven ability to bridge engineering and operational teams to drive measurable product improvements.
  • Strong data analysis skills; proficiency with reliability modeling tools and statistical software.
