Job Overview

We're seeking a seasoned Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our mission-critical systems.

This role requires a deep understanding of system design, architecture, and infrastructure as code. You'll work closely with development and operations teams to build and maintain scalable systems, improve system reliability, and automate processes.

  • Maintain monitoring tools and dashboards for system health, performance, and capacity planning.
  • Develop automation for repetitive tasks, such as deployments, scaling, and maintenance.
  • Respond to incidents, lead post-incident analysis, and drive efforts to prevent recurrences.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in infrastructure, databases, applications, and networking.
  • Collaborate on system design and architecture to ensure high scalability, fault-tolerance, and optimized performance.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments and improve delivery cycles.
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure system resilience.
  • Monitor and forecast resource utilization, implementing cost-effective scaling strategies.
  • Evaluate and implement security and compliance requirements.
  • Document systems and processes, providing mentorship and knowledge sharing with team members.

Strong problem-solving skills, familiarity with monitoring and logging tools, CI/CD, version control (Git), containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and networking concepts are essential.

Proficiency in one or more scripting languages, cloud platforms (AWS), and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible) is required.

  • Proficiency in scripting languages, cloud platforms, and infrastructure as code.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools, CI/CD, version control, containerization, and orchestration.
