As a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will play a key member of our IT team, responsible for resolving complex change requests and incidents related to SuccessFactors sub-modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve incidents and change requests related to SuccessFactors sub-modules
  • Configure and integrate SuccessFactors with SAP HCM ECC in various countries including India
  • Document configurations and business processes
  • Handhold users in uploading data and managing forms templates
  • Provide technical expertise on SAP HCM ECC modules (OM, PA, Time & Payroll)

Essential Skills:

  • Implementation or support experience in at least 2-3 SuccessFactors modules

The ideal candidate should possess expertise in the following areas:

  • SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Integrations within SuccessFactors and SAP systems, as well as other third-party systems
  • Basic knowledge of SAP HCM – Time Management and Payroll (India, US, Canada, Germany, Belgium, Poland)
  • Coordinating with technical teams for custom requirements

Personal Qualities:

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to deliver work packages assigned

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree from a recognized university (Diploma/Graduate/Postgraduate)
