Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors consultant to join our organization in the implementation and enhancement of onboarding and recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to analyze their existing onboarding and recruitment processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization using SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment modules, including requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Stay updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors features, releases, and industry trends, providing expert recommendations to clients.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for clients, ensuring effective adoption and use of the implemented modules.
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement services to clients.
  • Collaborate with other SAP SuccessFactors consultants and teams to integrate the Onboarding and Recruitment modules with other HR processes and systems.
  • Prepare project documentation, including process flow diagrams, functional specifications, and user manuals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment module implementation.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices in recruitment and onboarding.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in ONB20 and RCM is highly desirable.
