We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Professional to monitor and maintain our network environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and acknowledge alerts in real-time, proactively communicating with clients and vendors as needed.
  • Implement robust alerting systems using tools such as Datadog, Pagerduty, and Meraki.
  • Collaborate with onsite teams to troubleshoot issues and resolve incidents efficiently.
  • Set up and manage alerts for network devices, including QNAP NAS, Print servers, and VMs.
  • Configure and integrate Datadog agents on Linux and Windows-based devices.
  • Evaluate and optimize the performance of monitoring systems, ensuring seamless data collection and reporting.
  • Develop and implement escalation policies for critical incidents, ensuring timely responses from relevant teams.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience with infrastructure monitoring and management.
  • Proficiency in Datadog, Pagerduty, and Meraki, with expertise in setup, configuration, and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols and device management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to think critically and resolve complex issues independently.
