Financial Management Role

The primary function of a Financial Accountant revolves around overseeing and reporting on financial discussions, ensuring the accuracy of financial documents, and their compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Financial Accountants are responsible for monitoring suppliers' reports, verifying their accuracy, and generating invoices to suppliers while crediting amounts to stores accordingly.
  • Another key responsibility involves running Sales/Scan reports for the head office and utilizing this data to generate invoices in Xero for suppliers.
  • Additionally, Monthly Statement/Invoice Reconciliation is an essential task performed by Financial Accountants.
  • From time to time, administration works may also be assigned.
  • Preparing and maintaining crucial financial reports within ZERO software is also a significant responsibility.
  • Bookkeeping and File maintenance are integral aspects of a Financial Accountant's duties.
  • Managing invoices from various departments and vendors is another vital responsibility.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills enable effective collaboration and interaction with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Analytical, Mathematical, and organizational skills is paramount in executing tasks efficiently.
