Job Description

  • We are seeking a skilled technical professional to join our team as a Pre-Sales System Engineer. This role will involve working closely with sales representatives to support the success of our business.
  • The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for technical matters related to pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in new business solution pitches, fostering long-term relationships, and achieving enterprise-wide deployments of Fortinet solutions.
  • Assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint, responding to RFPs, and working on cross-references and pre-bid meetings.
  • Be the main technical resource on sales calls, educating customers on features, specifications, and functionality, as well as integration.
  • Work closely with the technical support escalation team and engineering to answer, elevate, and resolve customer technical issues.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in technical pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer.
  • Stupendous presentation skills.
  • 5-7 years of experience in network security.
  • A strong understanding of SD-WAN, SDN, Cloud Security, Virtualization, NFV, etc.
