Seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our data governance initiatives for the Collibra Data Intelligence Platform.

This high-visibility role offers a unique opportunity to shape and scale best practices, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and drive data culture across the organization.

The successful candidate will take ownership of designing and implementing the Collibra Operating Model, ensuring seamless integration with various platforms via APIs/connectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and administer Collibra across the enterprise.
  • Design and configure the Collibra Operating Model.
  • Built and optimize custom workflows using BPMN and Workflow Designer.
  • Integrate Collibra with Snowflake, Informatica, Tableau, Azure, SAP, and other platforms.
  • Partner with data owners, stewards, and leadership to enforce governance policies and data stewardship models.
  • Establish frameworks for data cataloging, lineage, metadata, and quality management.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and best practices to business and technical teams.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6+ years in data governance, metadata management, or data quality.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Collibra experience, including platform configuration, workflow design, and integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, stewardship, and lifecycle management.
  • Expertise with Collibra APIs, BPMN, and scripting.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms: Snowflake, Azure, AWS, Informatica.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale Collibra deployments.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks.
