Field Excellence Specialist

Job Description:

The Field Excellence Specialist will be responsible for driving excellence in field performance, ensuring timely delivery of customer requirements, and maintaining high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Resource planning and deployment to optimize field activities based on commercial needs.
  • Design and/or maintain technology-based solutions to streamline field excellence activities.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality checklists, knowledge repositories, and support team leaders in recruitment and onboarding.
  • Work with a structured project management approach to deliver services while maintaining documentation and communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Proficiency in using workflow management and automation tools, such as Sharepoint and MS PowerApps.
  • Experience with data ETL platforms, including Alteryx and SQL.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, communicating with stakeholders and team members.
