About the Role

This role will involve working closely with internal teams, learners, and external partners to ensure timely delivery and exceptional learner experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Execution: Assist with end-to-end program scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with faculty, external partners, and internal teams to meet program timelines.
  • Learner Support: Manage learner onboarding, communication, and engagement during the program.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze program data to identify gaps and suggest improvements.
  • Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact for learners and stakeholders, resolving queries efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 0-1 year of experience in program coordination, operations, or a similar role (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and basic data handling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
