Lead Salesforce Solution Architect

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Salesforce solution architect to lead our end-to-end Salesforce solutioning.

Mission Statement:

  • To design and implement scalable, data-integrated Salesforce solutions that drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for deployment plans, risk mitigation strategies, and platform scalability.
  • Act as primary liaison between internal teams and external vendors, reviewing deliverables and enforcing coding standards.
  • Facilitate joint solutioning workshops, sprint planning, and technical reviews to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
  • Design integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and native connectors.
  • Ensure platform performance optimization across all Salesforce clouds.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience.
  • Proven expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CG Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flow Builder.
  • Experience with multi-vendor environments and cross-functional coordination.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce deployments.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
