Job Title:

Senior Portfolio Lead

Job Description:

As a Senior Portfolio Lead, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and initiatives to drive business growth and success.

You will develop and implement governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across all identified programs and initiatives.

Establish and manage reporting structures, including regular status updates, risk assessments, and issue tracking.

Facilitate portfolio governance meetings, ensuring clear agendas, documented minutes, and effective follow-up on action items.

Manage and maintain portfolio documentation repositories, ensuring information is accurate, accessible, and up-to-date.

Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs), progress against goals, and potential risks.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and translate them into effective dashboard solutions.

Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to leadership and stakeholders on portfolio performance and initiatives, status, risks, and issues.

Manage program-related administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating logistics.

Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for team members.

Process invoices, track budgets, and assist with financial reporting as needed.

Assist with the creation of presentations, reports for internal consumption and stakeholder.

Requirements:

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Systems and process orientation.
  • Problem-solving skills, out-of-box thinking, and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong proficiency in creating and managing dashboards using relevant tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Office productivity tools with command in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with project management software and tools is a plus.
  • Good blend of business acumen and technology.
  • Strong Program Management practices and digital journey.
