**SAP Functional Lead Position**

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP functional lead to drive custom developments and configurations for our clients. Your expertise in SAP MM and SD module configurations will be instrumental in streamlining procurement and inventory processes.

You will play a pivotal role in driving high-quality solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of business requirements and functional design/testing.

  • Lead a team of functional consultants to deliver complex custom implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between developers, third-party consultants, and customer resources.
  • Participate in the full-cycle development process, from gathering business requirements to post-implementation support.

You will be responsible for preparing functional specifications, test scripts, conducting system testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to troubleshoot and resolve system bugs and performance issues.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with at least 1-2 full-cycle implementations in SAP S/4 HANA and SAP MM and SD module configurations.
  • Proven experience of managing a team of functional consultants and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • In-depth understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay processes.

Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
