Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Finance Operations Specialist to join our organization. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for preparing and examining accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and examining accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports as per accounting standards.
  • Reconciliation and analysis of general ledger accounts (payables and receivable).
  • Reporting to and assisting the Finance Manager regarding accounts and finance-related issues.
  • Processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
  • Maintaining bills from vendors, checking, getting approval, and coordinating for their payments to be done.
  • Procuring bank statements monthly from all banks and preparing reconciliation statements.
  • Monthly/Quarterly/Half-yearly/Annual compliances and payments of GST/TDS/other as per applicable laws.
