Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an International Trade Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new markets, establishing and maintaining relationships with overseas customers, expanding the market share of our products, and staying informed about market trends and competitor activity.

This role involves negotiating and signing sales contracts, ensuring that contract terms align with our interests, tracking order execution, and delivering products on time while meeting customer needs.

In addition to these responsibilities, the International Trade Specialist will maintain existing customer relationships, communicate regularly with customers, understand their needs, provide solutions, handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.

This position requires a solid understanding of international trade contracts and the ability to effectively manage contracts and orders.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop new markets and expand our presence in existing ones.
  2. Negotiate and sign sales contracts that meet our business objectives.
  3. Maintain excellent customer relationships and deliver high-quality service.
  4. Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.

Requirements

  • A degree in Business or a related field, with a strong foundation in professional knowledge.
  • The ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment, communicate and negotiate with international clients, and demonstrate good time management and organizational skills.
