Leadership Position in Accounts Payable

The role of Team Lead is crucial to our operations, overseeing the end-to-end AP workflow. The ideal candidate will have experience managing high volumes of transactions within accounts payable and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

This key player will be responsible for:

  • Oversight of AP processing, ensuring operational deadlines and accuracy standards are met.
  • Training and mentoring team members on best practices, systems, and policy compliance.
  • Timely processing of vendor invoices, validating accuracy, coding (GL, department, class, location), and adherence to internal controls.
  • Management of recurring payments, prepaid expense recognition, and capital expenditures.
  • Escalation of exceptions, discrepancies, and vendor queries.
