Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Main Purpose:

Managing the day-to-day retail operations in accordance to brand standards. Improve commercial performance by increasing sales and maximizing profitability.

  • Exceeding Sales Targets
  • Understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Converting Project Business through Interior Designers & Architects
  • Maintaining all necessary reports, inventory and visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
  • Expanding Customer Database - Customer data to be well collected, updated & maintained
  • Defining strategy actions to attract new customers and old customers more often
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor / Masters Degree (Sales / Retail Sales)
  • 4 plus years of retail operational experience with luxury/Premium Brands
  • Fluent English
  • Skills required:
    • œ Organized & process oriented
    • œ Brand Image Concerned
    • œ Ability to write reports
    • œ Self-starter with excellent communication and presentation skills
    • œ Serious, proactive and can handle and deal comfortably in a multinational environment.
    • œ Strong computer & analytical skills
