Identity Operations Engineer

As an Identity Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Dealing with ambiguous or undefined problems; ability to think abstractly
  • Performing requirements analysis, interfacing with stakeholders of various levels, and documenting solutions
  • Developing excellent interpersonal skills
  • Maintaining knowledge on Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint identity secure cloud
  • Two-step verification and application used for it
  • Understanding the difference between authentication and authorization
  • Implementing Role Based Access Control
  • Managing database management and data structure knowledge
  • Working as an energetic team player who works well across boundaries and adapts to change and enjoys rapid development

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Good experience with modern Identity and Access Management products, preferably SailPoint IIQ and SailPoint ISC, MS Entra ID, CyberArk
  • Experience in building IAM solutions in complex landscapes involving 100+ applications of various integration types (Webservice, SCIM, Active Directory, JDBC, etc.), HR Systems like Workday, ServiceNow integration, etc.
  • Experience in designing Role Based Access Control systems, Segregation of Duties, Entitlement Management, Identity lifecycle management, JML workflow
  • Experience in modern authentication methodologies like SAML based Federation, OAuth 2.0, OpenID, etc.
  • Experience in contributing to SOC/Sox internal and external Audits
  • Experience in working with Agile teams
