Identity Management Support Role

We are seeking a seasoned identity management professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in identity lifecycle operations, troubleshooting, and integration.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing operational support for identity management systems, analyzing and resolving technical issues, and ensuring system functionality. You will work closely with development and security teams to identify and implement improvements to the identity management systems.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have a strong understanding of identity management concepts, including user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), Single Sign-On (SSO), and governance. You will also need to have experience with LDAP, Active Directory, and other directory services, as well as knowledge of web services (SOAP, REST) and integration protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5-6 years of experience working with identity management systems.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining identity management environments.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
