About the Role

">The Senior Consultant–Functional Expert in Segregation of Duties is responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring Segregation of Duties (SoD) frameworks to ensure robust internal controls and mitigate risks within the organization.">

Responsibilities

  • ">Design and establish comprehensive SoD policies and procedures to ensure effective internal controls.">Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential conflicts of interest and segregation issues. Develop strategies to mitigate identified risks.">Regularly review and monitor compliance with SoD policies. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.">Provide training sessions and workshops to educate employees on SoD principles and the importance of maintaining proper segregation.">Work closely with various departments, including finance, IT, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of SoD controls across the organization.">Assist internal and external auditors in reviewing SoD controls. Provide necessary documentation and explanations during audits.">Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in SoD and internal controls. Continuously enhance SoD frameworks to address emerging risks.">

Requirements

  • ">Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification is preferred.">Relevant experience in risk management, internal audits, internal controls, or a related field with a focus on SoD.">
