Job Title: Information Security Compliance Specialist

This is a challenging role within the IT Governance Team, responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The Information Security Compliance Specialist will work closely with IT teams to coordinate evidence collection and testing activities. This includes identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with IT General Controls (ITGC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments of IT systems and processes;
  • Develop and implement effective controls to mitigate identified risks;
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Provide training and awareness programs on information security best practices;
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and regulatory changes affecting ITGC.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT audit, risk management, or compliance;
  • Strong understanding of ITGC and regulatory requirements (SOX, HIPAA, etc.);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CRISC are highly desirable.
