Job Opportunity: Banking Sales Professional

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling banking products to potential customers. Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, credit cards, and loans to potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
  • Identify potential customers and engage with them to understand their financial needs and requirements.
  • Explain the features and benefits of various banking products to customers and resolve any queries they may have.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and customer interactions.
  • Follow up with potential clients to convert them into active customers.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service.
  • Stay updated on banking products, processes, and compliance guidelines.
  • Participate in sales campaigns, roadshows, and promotional events to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in any discipline (Commerce, Business, Finance preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of banking and financial services.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales-oriented role.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-driven.
  • Willingness to work in the field (field sales role).
  • Proficiency in local language; English and Hindi are a plus.
