Job Summary

The Senior Executive Quality Process Auditor will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the organization's Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health Safety standards. This position involves auditing processes, ensuring compliance with ISO and ITIL standards, and driving initiatives for continuous improvement in environmental sustainability and resource conservation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct internal audits and prepare the organization for external QMS (ISO 9001), EOHS (ISO 14001) audits.
  • Monitor, measure, analyze, and evaluate consumption of natural resources and greenhouse gas emissions.
  • Contribute to the implementation, enhancement, and documentation of Quality and EOHS Management Systems.
  • Conduct risk assessments, environmental audits, and incident investigations.
  • Collaborate on resource conservation programs and sustainability initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
  • Prepare detailed reports, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Provide training and guidance to teams on quality, environmental, and safety standards.
  • Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health Safety, or a related field.
  • Alternatively, a bachelor's degree in any other discipline from a recognized university.
  • Professional certifications in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001/IMS, and ITIL are mandatory.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in quality, environmental management, occupational health safety, ITIL, or related fields in the IT industry.
  • Hands-on experience in conducting environmental audits, risk assessments, and ISO-related documentation.
  • Experience with GHG emission monitoring, natural resource conservation programs, and QMS/EOHS enhancements.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards, ITIL, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools and data analysis for monitoring and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with assertive interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
