We are seeking a Senior Manager – Presales (GenAI Focus) to lead our Business Acceleration Group in driving GenAI-led service transformation and value chain innovation.

The ideal candidate will drive AI-driven presales, shape large strategic pursuits that define how clients adopt GenAI for transformation, and work in a collaborative team that drives growth across Digital Business Services and Engineering Services portfolios.

The key responsibilities of this role include developing compelling proposals that position AI for end-to-end service transformation, shaping narratives for AI in value chain innovation, leading RFP responses and orals with a focus on GenAI-enabled value differentiation, and engaging with CXOs, procurement, and technology leaders to translate business pain points into AI-enabled transformation roadmaps.

Key qualifications and experience required include 7+ years of experience in presales, solutioning, or consulting in IT services, strong understanding of IT outsourcing models, digital transformation, and AI-led automation, exposure to GenAI platforms and enterprise AI adoption patterns, and a proven track record of leading large RFPs/proposals and building differentiated solution narratives.
