Immersive Learning Experience Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative individual to join our team as an Immersive Learning Experience Developer. This role will play a pivotal part in creating engaging and interactive learning experiences that drive behavior change across the organization.

  • Job Description: Develop immersive learning experiences using various tools and technologies, including Unity, HTML5, JavaScript, WebGL, and JSON.
  • Responsibilities:
  1. Design and develop high-quality learning assets that enhance employee engagement and bring to life the design of a course.
  2. Collaborate with designers to create interactive content and interfaces that can support over 40 languages, including right-to-left (all languages in one package).
  3. Develop courses that are responsive to all devices and perform well on various devices and network speeds.
  4. Continuously improve assets based on evaluation results, feedback, and changing business needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience and a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, in Software Development, Application Development, Web Development, Unity Development, or a related field.
  • Experience working in Software Development, Application Development, Web Development, Game Development, or Unity Development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of software / application / web development trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Software / application / web development expertise and skills.
  • Ability to write well and communicate effectively across all layers of the organization.
  • Open to learning new systems and processes.
  • Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn; self-starter.
  • Continuous improvement and growth mindset.
