About Our Project Lead Role

Project leads are responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle from initiation to delivery, ensuring that high-quality outputs are met while meeting cost and schedule commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans aligned with client goals and expectations.
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and control phases.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams consisting of subject matter experts, instructional designers, media specialists, and other stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and serve as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery.
  • Drive innovation across various aspects such as cost, quality, productivity, and resource utilization.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and conflicts.
  • Provide clear and structured feedback to team members and stakeholders.
  • Manage project reporting, including billing and management information system documentation.
  • Engage and oversee third-party vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality results.
  • Optimize resource allocation and utilization across tools, bandwidth, and partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the eLearning industry delivering high-impact learning solutions.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on project management experience in the learning and development space.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading project teams of 15+ personnel across the full delivery lifecycle.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and team coordination abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Instructional design background is a significant advantage.
  • PMI or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
