Quality Assurance Role Overview

This key position ensures the quality of our applications by collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize defects, develop and execute test plans, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience designing, coding, testing, and managing various applications.
  • Collaboration is essential as you will work closely with engineering teams and product teams to establish best practices.
  • A strong background in Python testing, Pytest, and Salesforce is required, as well as experience with Selenium and API testing.
  • Awareness of AWS and exposure to Salesforce are also necessary for success in this role.
  • You will be working with AI LLM-based Agentic solutions, so hands-on experience in testing these types of solutions is preferred.

About the Responsibilities:

This role involves a range of responsibilities including identifying and prioritizing defects, developing and executing test plans, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate effectively with team members from different departments.

In addition to technical skills, the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities is essential.

About the Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced QA Engineer who has a strong understanding of software development methodologies and is able to communicate effectively with team members.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Python programming and be familiar with testing frameworks such as Pytest.

AWS and Salesforce experience are also essential for this role, as well as knowledge of Selenium and API testing.
