Job Title: Assistant Retail Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused professional to support the daily operations of our retail outlet as an Assistant Retail Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to drive store sales and customer retention, providing a seamless shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations.
  • Assist in handling customer queries, complaints, and escalations, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving monthly sales targets, analyzing sales data and implementing strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Inventory & Operations Management:
  • Oversee stock levels, replenishment, and timely ordering, ensuring optimal inventory management and minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
  • Ensure proper inventory control and minimize shrinkage, monitoring inventory movements and taking corrective action when necessary.
  • Coordinate with logistics for smooth handling of home delivery orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
Visual Merchandising and Presentation:
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance customer experience, creating visually appealing displays and presentations that showcase products effectively.
  • Ensure promotional displays, signage, and in-store layouts are updated regularly, communicating new product offerings and promotions to customers.
Service Management (Spa & Grooming):
  • Assist in managing spa and grooming appointments, coordinating scheduling and ensuring timely completion of services.
  • Coordinate staff scheduling and ensure quality of pet spa services, monitoring customer feedback and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Handle customer follow-ups and ensure satisfaction with spa experiences, responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
Team Support and Development:
  • Supervise floor staff and assign daily responsibilities, providing clear guidance and support to ensure effective team performance.
  • Support training of new employees on customer handling and store SOPs, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Maintain discipline, hygiene, and operational standards within the store, promoting a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
