Key Job Responsibilities
  1. Oversee a team of professionals handling domestic ecommerce processes.
  2. Develop strategies to improve process efficiency, reduce attrition, and enhance quality.
  3. Maintain excellent communication with clients, ensuring timely resolutions to their queries.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in a similar domain.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.

Working Conditions and Benefits

This is a full-time position, requiring the candidate to work from an office profile, 6 days a week. The shift window is from 7:30 am to 1:30 am, and one day off in a week can be availed.


Notice Period Policy

The minimum notice period required is 30 days or immediate resignation.
