Technical Lead Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to oversee the development of our product. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, and cloud-based technologies, as well as experience leading junior developers and working on multiple software releases with functional and technical improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement the platform's technical architecture, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
  • Mentor team members and ensure production-ready code delivery, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate input from business and technology stakeholders across the enterprise, fostering collaboration and open communication.
  • Adhere to set internal controls and best practices, maintaining the highest standards of quality and security.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in core Java, Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot, with a strong understanding of software development principles and practices.
  • Experience with web services standards, HTTP, Spring, XML, JSON, REST, and database technologies, including SQL and JPA.
  • SaaS product development experience, with a focus on creating robust and scalable applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
