Web Development Opportunity:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Web Developer with 1-2 years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, project ownership mindset, and emerging leadership qualities. You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to deliver high-quality user interfaces that drive growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop responsive and performant user interfaces using Next.js
  • Create reusable components and front-end libraries
  • Translate UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable code
  • Integrate frontend components seamlessly with REST APIs
  • Ensure application performance, scalability, and security meet standards
  • Write comprehensive unit and integration tests

Ownership & Leadership:

  • Take full ownership of assigned features from conception to deployment
  • Proactively identify and solve technical challenges
  • Lead by example in code quality and best practices
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing
  • Drive technical decisions for frontend architecture and tooling choices

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Participate actively in code reviews
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly
  • Contribute to sprint planning and project estimation

Required Skills:

Tech Expertise:

  • 1-2 years of professional frontend development experience
  • Strong proficiency with React.js fundamentals and modern JavaScript
  • Experience with state management libraries
  • Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles
  • Hands-on experience working with RESTful APIs and data fetching patterns
  • Proficiency with version control using Git and collaborative development workflows
  • Experience with frontend build tools and modern development workflows
