Job Description

The successful candidate will serve as a single point of contact between the Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) business function and Information Technology (IT), ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • \
  • Manage EH&S-related IT projects from start to finish, incorporating requirements gathering and delivery.\
  • Translate EH&S business needs into IT requirements and solutions through effective business analysis.\
  • Act as Service Manager for EH&S applications and platforms, maintaining stability, compliance, and usability.\
  • Oversee incident, request, and release management activities for EH&S applications to ensure timely resolution and minimal disruption.\
  • Collaborate with global process owners to align local needs with global standards, promoting consistency across the organization.\
  • Coordinate enhancements, upgrades, and integrations of EH&S solutions within the enterprise landscape to maximize efficiency.\
  • Monitor service performance and enforce SLA adherence to guarantee high-quality services.\
  • Provide governance and compliance oversight to ensure EH&S applications meet regulatory requirements, minimizing risk exposure.\
  • Support change management and adoption of EH&S tools across business units, facilitating smooth transition and user acceptance.\
  • Required Skills and Experience\
    • \
    • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in IT business partnering, business analysis, or service management.\
    • Profound knowledge of EH&S processes and supporting IT systems, including SAP EH&S, Enablon, or similar platforms.\
    • Experience in project management, encompassing the full IT project lifecycle.\
    • Familiarity with ITIL practices, including incident, change, release, and problem management.\
    • Hands-on experience with service and vendor management, ensuring strong relationships and effective communication.\
    • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, capable of bridging IT and business functions to drive collaboration and consensus.\
    • Experience working in global environments with multiple business units and process owners, adapting to diverse needs and cultures.\
    • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements for EH&S systems, enabling informed decision-making and risk mitigation.\
