Role Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing the product launch strategy, ensuring seamless collaboration across various teams such as product, marketing, sales, and customer success. Key responsibilities include:

  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to understand customer needs, pain points, and competitive landscapes.
  • Product Positioning: Develop positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks that resonate with our target audience.
  • Strategy & Planning: Create a comprehensive product launch roadmap, outlining timelines, stakeholders, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to coordinate launch plans and optimize execution.
  • Launch Management: Plan and execute campaigns, drive sales enablement, and oversee channel strategies to generate awareness and demand.
  • Performance Tracking: Define KPIs, monitor performance, analyze results, and iterate to maximize product launch effectiveness.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing or related strategic roles, ideally in SaaS.
  • Strong strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, including timeliness, attention to detail, and decisiveness.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of rallying teams and articulating vision.
  • Deep understanding of product launch frameworks, including positioning, messaging, target audiences, distribution channels, and launch tactics.
