As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for the development and management of our product(s) throughout their lifecycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design and marketing to ensure the successful delivery and adoption of our products. This role requires a blend of technical, business, and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of user needs and market dynamics.

  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to guide product development, ensuring that features meet user needs and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches.
  • Gather and analyse feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to make informed product decisions.
  • Define and analyse key performance metrics to measure product success and inform future strategies.
  • Prioritise product features and tasks, managing the product backlog and development timelines.
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders and company leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Application-specific product experience is a must.
  • Years of experience in product management or related roles, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information and data to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving projects to successful completion.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
