Job Title: Content Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Content Manager to oversee the creation, editing, and publication of digital content across various platforms. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong understanding of web technologies and content management systems.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing digital content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and a seamless user experience. They will utilize analytics tools to inform content strategies, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, SEO best practices, and accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Edit, publish, and manage digital content across corporate websites.
  • Maintain and update content within robust Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Sitecore and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Apply a core understanding of HTML and CSS to ensure proper content formatting and structure.
  • Proficiently use Rich Text Editing (RTE) tools for content manipulation.
  • Work with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio) to monitor content performance, track user engagement, and inform content optimization strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Content Manager or in a similar digital content role.
  • A strong understanding of HTML and CSS.
  • Proven experience with Content Management Systems such as Sitecore and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Proficiency in Rich Text Editing (RTE).
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics tools including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio (Data Studio).
